Today marks a significant milestone in Nockklat Smart Product's sustainability journey. We are proud to announce that all product packaging across our entire NKT7520 range is now manufactured exclusively from 100% recycled and recyclable materials.

This achievement is part of our Green Commitment 2030 initiative, which outlines our roadmap to carbon-neutral manufacturing operations by the end of the decade. The packaging transition alone is estimated to reduce our annual CO₂ output by 340 tonnes.

All packaging materials are sourced from certified European suppliers operating under ISO 14001 environmental management standards. Each product box now carries the EU Ecolabel, helping consumers make informed, environmentally conscious purchasing decisions.

Looking ahead, our next target is to achieve a 50% reduction in manufacturing energy consumption by the end of 2027, with the remaining 50% offset by renewable energy sources across our production facilities in Germany and Poland.

Nockklat Smart Product is proud to announce that it has become one of the first smart doorbell manufacturers in Europe to achieve full compliance with the EU Cybersecurity Act 2024, earning the highest "Important" product category certification.

The certification confirms that all NKT7520 series products meet rigorous cybersecurity requirements including end-to-end encryption, secure boot processes, firmware integrity verification, and automated vulnerability patching.

This achievement follows an 18-month certification process with TÜV Rheinland, Europe's leading independent testing and certification organisation. Our entire software stack was independently audited and penetration-tested against the latest EU cybersecurity frameworks.

For our customers across the 27 EU member states, this certification provides the highest assurance that their Nockklat smart doorbell system is protected against known and emerging cybersecurity threats.

Nockklat Smart Product inaugurated its new 3,000 m² research and development facility in Warsaw, Poland, expanding our European engineering capacity by 60%. The new centre will house over 120 software and hardware engineers dedicated to advancing the next generation of smart home security products.

The Warsaw facility joins our existing R&D centres in Munich and Amsterdam, completing a strategic triangle of innovation hubs that allows Nockklat to accelerate product development cycles while drawing on Europe's diverse engineering talent pool.

Nockklat Smart Product announces landmark partnerships with Deutsche Telekom, Orange, and Proximus to deliver seamless smart home integration across 18 EU member states. Under the agreements, Nockklat products will be featured in partner smart home bundles and available through telco retail channels from Q1 2026.

With a starting price of €99.99 and optional solar charging, the Lite model removes the two most common barriers to smart home adoption: cost and installation complexity.
